You should see a doctor or a different doctor. My wife had was diagnosed with tendenitis over a similar period of time. It turned out she had bone cance. She died because our doctor was incompetent.
Where is the tendonitis? The only thing for something chronic like that is to go see a specialist. Probably and orthopedic surgeon.
