Calf Muscle Pains?!

Question: I usually wear high-heel shoes like (4-5) inches because I am short and now my calf muscles really hurt. They got really tone and when I was doing my figure skating stretches they started getting tight and aching. What should I do?

The best thing you could do is to not wear heels 4" - 5". Is it very bad for your legs, as you have been experiencing. It's also not too great for your ankles either. I think you are putting too much pressure on your calves, ankles and feet (which could present a whole other set of problems) by wearing those stiletto heels. Try decreasing your heels by at least 2-3 inches and see if that helps. It also might help you if your shoes have "fatter" heels. It will be better for your feet in the long run!

Oh, if you ever get cramps in your legs, try salt! Put a bit in the palm of your hand and lick it up. It works. Now, I'm not saying you'll be able to wear those 4" - 5" heels! No, it will help get rid of any cramps should you get any.

Please consider not wearing those high heels!

im sorry but i don't know what to do.. look it up

For starters either accept being short and lose the heels or accept being in pain/discomfort for ever. Back problems are the next result of distorting your body to that degree.
