How can I go back to sleep?!
Question: I haven't been able to sleep in 8 days. It's starting to piss me off. I'm tired all the time. Here I am once again not sleeping! F*ck! I have work this morning at 8 at my fish packing job. Now here it is ONCE AGAIN at 3:40 in the morning. I am sick and tired of going to work drug out from not sleeping at night. I've tried everything! Alcohol, benadryl, sleeping pills, and I just got done jerkin off. Please help me! What do I do?

If its fresh fish you are working with, have you been tested for natural chemicals related to the fish? My brother works in a fish factory and he is tested regularly for lung damage caused by natural chemicals in the fresh fish. See a doctor for tests. Best of luck.
