Does anybody have any suggestions about how to sleep at night?!


Question: I seem to have this annoying problem where it takes me forever to sleep. Sometimes it takes so long, that i wind up not falling asleep at all. My alarm will go off as im still tossing and turning.
I think the problem is that my mind can't focus very well, so when I'm lying there in the silence, my thoughts drift. And i just start thinking and thinking here and there, about anything and everyhing.
So does anybody have any home remedies that work? Things that exclude medications though. Just any ideas about perhaps a certain way to breathe, any calming thoughts? Stretching in a certain manner? Anything at all?
