Wrist problems, any advice would help! please!?!

Question: i get pain and tingling in my hands and wrists, i had an operation to fix the carpal tunnel syndrome i had but i still have issues with them, and ive found that if i pull on my hand it disconnects from the wrist like there is nothing holding the hand on except for skin nerves and ligaments, no bones or cartilidge. if you pull ur hand does it pop out of joint from your wrist? do you know what it is why it does that or how to fix it coz its really kinda gross and can be painful if it pops out a little and wont go back in properly

Since you are still having pain and tingling in your hands and wrists, you need to see the doctor that did the surgery. Then ask him why your hand/wrist is popping out. He has to be the one you see. He knows your history and hopefully he can give you the answers that you need. It may be as simple as some exercises to strengthen your hands and wrists.
Good luck!
