The pain from your strangling is not the question you should be asking! the question you should ask is WHY DID YOU take a chance on killing yourself? Do you have a death wish????

Um... If your depressed take a zanax or something. Dont strangle yourself! I really would suggest telling a good friend or seeking professional help. And yes, I would assume strangulation would cause a sore throat... Maybe its allergies.
