How to get a good night sleep?!


Question: i work grave yard...sleep in morning for a couple of hours and at about 3:30-9:30pm ish....but it takes me a loooooong time to get to sleep...or even to feel like going to sleep. staying up 24hrs isnt healthy..ive got kids and an husband....need sleep ideas...

I would try reading something. When I am tired and wanted to sleep, I would read and soon enough would fall asleep.
My husband takes Melatonin and Valerian Root (you do not need a perscription) because he has problems sleeping and he does pretty good on that. Try to stay away from any drink that has caffeine as that is a stimulant and you will have problems sleeping.
Maybe a hot bath or shower to help you relax might do the trick.
