My eye keeps twitching. what does it mean?!

Question: Eye strain..... Twitching pretty much anywhere in the body could be a sign of many things but it is typically stress related. Have you been on the computer a lot recently? If so, take a break at least a couple times an hour from it to give your eyes a break.

You are probably low in calcium/magnesium....it wouldn't hurt to take some supplements...this could help.

I have had the twitching in the eye and it is not fun and very annoying..... try not to drink too much caffeine and maybe even try a cup of chamomile tea to help relax you. I hope the twitching goes away. For me it never lasted more than a couple days and now that I take calcium and magnesium supplements I have not had the twitching problem in over three years!

Good luck!!

Mine does too.. I do not know what it means other than maybe lacking vitamins or electrolytes.

Could be a magnesium deficiency.
