What's the safest way to remove a rib?!

LOL - Well I don't know of anybody that's gonna just take out some ribs cuz you don't like them. They are there for a reason so just get over it.

Uh...you don't have too many. The ribcage is designed to protect your chest (your heart and lungs). Why would you want to have one removed?
You're stuck with what you have. No surgeon is going to remove a rib simply because you want them to.
