Feeling Dizzy ?!

Question: When I got out of bed this morning I felt really dizzy and had to lay down again. I thought after maybe another hour or two of sleep I'd be fine but when I woke up again I could stand up and walk but I still had that dizzy feeling. It's now pretty much 12 hours later and I still have this dizzy feeling just not as bad.

I'm going to try sleeping it off tonight, but would just like some idea of what it could be incase it's still like this tomorrow.
So I was wondering what are some things that could've caused it? And what can I do to fix it?

I randomly had trouble hearing out of my left ear on Thursday - Saturday (not sure what caused it) and I could barely hear out of it/ couldn't hear out of it at all .Could that have anything to do with it? I've had trouble hearing out of it before but that was because it was clogged after swimming .. but I haven't been swimming since summer time now.

Maybe you have a sinus infection. That could clog your ears and affect your equilibrium. Another reason for being dizzy could be low blood pressure.

low blood pressure?
have you stopped eating glucose/fatty/sugary foods?
drink lucazade

It probably has something to do with your inner ear. That can affect balance and would give you the same feeling.

I had this same problem, and my doctor said that it was an ear infection.

Yes you could have an inner ear infection. The inner ear is our balance center. This can be causing your dizzyiness.

Make sure you are well hydrated: Plenty of water, Gatorade; skip caffeine & carbonated drinks.

Go to ENT MD & get it checked out. You probably need your ear cleared out & an antibiotic.

Feel better.

Well it sounds like it could be an middle ear infection. Middle ear infections is common for swimmers, it usually involves dizziness and you wouldn't be able to hear out of it, also be quite a bit of pain in the canal. It may rupture which will actually feel good and release all the pain, and you will be able to hear again. But don't worry a rupture will heal on it's on. If the dizziness continues go get checked out by a doctor!
