Can I mix The Drugs Tramodal (Ultram)and Ibuprofen?!

Question: Tramadol is not an anti-inflammatory (aka NSAID). It is an atypical opioid analgesic (a painkiller). It is a lot milder that oxycodone or hydrocodone but it is still a derivative of the same thing (morphine). It is ok to use them together, depending upon what you want to treat. Ibuprofen/Motrin/Advil will treat mild pain, especially musculoskeletal, and inflammation. Tramadol is more for chronic moderate pain. If I was going to take them I'd take the tramadol 50mg every 6 hours and maybe the ibuprofen 200mg every alternating 6 hours.

No it is not recommended. They are both anti-inflammatories

I would say I wouldn't recommend it they are both pain relievers (Ultram being the stronger of the two),taking the Ibuprofen would kind of be pointless, as Ultram is narcotic like.
