I've had arthritis in my spine for at least two years now, and I'm still walking.

Over the age of 30 everyone has Arthritis in their back and yes they are still walking around. From your previous questions you seem 'concerned' over your back/spine, so if you are really that concerned I do wonder why you have not seen a Doc and get it sorted for once and all! At 14 you should not be worried about medical problems but out enjoying yourself. Best of Luck
