Why is it the more you crack your knuckles, the more often they crack?!
Question: like when i started popping my knuckles in the 5th grade and i could only get 1 or 2 to pop once or twice a day..
now im in 8th grade and have been popping them since 5th, and now it only takes about 15-30 minutes to get every knuckle to pop again.
why is that?

You are successfully gaining flexibility in your appendages, it is an advantage.
When you crack a joint it pushes fluid out of the joint (which makes the noise)
The more you do it the more freely the fluid will flow back into the joint. I think...
Because the joints swell up so they need to be cracked more often or else they hurt. Also it's a horrible habit to get into cause once you start usually people don't stop cause your fingers start to ache and feel tight if you don't pop them.
I think its because the joint fluids flow faster and easily when you do it alot.
My sister says its about cracking skills, not the fingers. O.o
