How do i get rid of my soreness?!


Question: ok i had my first track practice today and i am so sore. how do i get rid of this soreness... fast?

For muscle soreness try: Hot bath in either some epson salts or essential oil of lavender or both. Just a few drops of the lavender with the epsom salts. If that doesn't help or if you would like to try cold packs first and then take the bath it really helps. Taking things like Ibuprophen helps too. Just check w/ your doctor to make sure it's ok to take it. I also found that after working out....using some sort of muscle rub and stretching while you rub it in really helps too. The soreness will go away once you are used to the workout again. It just takes time. Hope you feel better soon.
