For the men and women out there what do you prefer a women doctor or a man docto!
Question: It does`nt bother me (I`m a woman); as long as it`s a good doctor who`s giving me the best treatment they can, it`s fine. My sister is pregnant, and we were talking about this yesterday, and she said she prefers a female doctor to deal with all the pregnancy stuff.

I have had both. I have had one great female doctor, and several I didn't like at all. It really is more about the person than their gender. I wouldn't select a doctor strictly based on gender.
i personally would prefer a female doctor, especially for an ob/gyn simply because they have personal life experience. My family doctor is a man and i would prefer a female even though he is an excellent doctor.
