You probably have an infection and need an antibiotic, and a antihistamine for the drainage. That's what's making your throat sore. There is one thing that I know works, you can try for the sore throat. Get some Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar. In a cup or glass put in 8 ounces of warm water, then add a tablespoon of the vinegar, stir it and began gargling. After you gargle a few times and spit it out, the next gargle swallow it. The vinegar mix will kill any germs that have broken loose and gone into your stomach. You need to do this a few times a day. Vinegar does kill strep throat germs. And it doesn't taste all that well, but you'll get used to it. People eat their salads with oil & vinegar. For the sinuses, you can boil a pan of water that salt is added to. After it begins to boil, turn it off, bend forward, not to close as to burn yourself, but close enough to inhale the steam. Now that will cause your sinuses to drain more, so keep a tissue handy to blow your nose. If the forehead hurts above the eyes, take a wash cloth, drench it with hot water, wring it out, then place the moist heat on your forehead. If this doesn't help you, then you'll probably need to see a Doctor. Good Luck young lady.

gargle with salt water and/or suck the salt off of some sun flower seeds

Actually tylenol works. My mom told me this just this year! I am 24! I tried it and it worked. I use it every time I feel a little sore in my throat...usually from sleeping with my mouth open = /

Gargle with half and half peroxide and warm water. Take some ibuprofen for the pain. Take a decongestant with an antihistimine to help dry out your ears.

Drink warm drinks like tea with lemon and honey and take Tylenol.

Advil or Tylenol for the pain, lots of liquids to soothe the throat.

lemon and honey....warm some water on stove and sip up.

get rest and drink plenty of water/fluids.
make yourself some tea if you want;; honey and lemon is good too ^.^
if your head and ears continue hurting, you can take an ibuprofen it helps with pain.
