Anyone know what i could be sick with?!

Question: i know your not all doctors, but if you experienced this..please help?

so my throat is kinda sore when i swallow, but its pretty on and off throughout the day.
my muscles are pretty weak, and they feel tingly (sp?) when i move them, this feeling is also on and off.

any clues as to what i might be sick with?

Rats... it looks like you might be coming down with a cold or the flu. Achy muscles, sore throat, weakness, and you might even get a fever...

There is an over-the-counter (meaning no prescription needed) herbal remedy called Airborne and if you start taking it almost as soon as you start feeling sick, it will work wonders. At least it does for our family. Don't swallow the tablet; you let it dissolve in a cup of water and drink it. It's not too yucky, but not delicious either. If you take it three times a day for 3 days, you'll be all better.

In the meantime, it's all right to take an over-the-counter cold medicine like Comtrex multi symptom cold and flu relief, or something like that. These don't cure your cold, but they'll make you feel a lot better. :)

If by tomorrow you are feverish and REALLY sick, you may have the flu. It's going around like wildfire. A doctor can prescribe you a new anti-viral med called Tamiflu. You take a total of 5 pills... I think 2 the first day and one a day thereafter.

Drink plenty of water and/or juice. If your throat really hurts, you can gargle with a spoonful of salt mixed into a cup of warm water. It's disgusting and I don't do it unless I'm desperate, lol.

I wish you the best, and get well soon! :)

Sounds like the common cold to me. Drink fluids and take airborne and theraflu. (:

It's a regualr old cold,I get it often. It's a little more extreme then it should be and lasts a few weeks or days, but it's nothing serious.Hang in there.

umm, try common cold
could also be allergies. i'm having those symptoms right now and also i'm always tired, but i know it's just allergies.

I can't tell but I'd recommend talking to your doctor about your problem. He/She can tell better than me. But I'd guess just over exhaustion and muscle fatigue.

actually they are refunding people's money because airborne doesn't work...the best way to get rid of a cold is to drink lots of fluids, get a lot of sleep, take some tylenol or anything along that line if you have a fever, and that should relieve your muscular pain. if it goes on for longer than two or three days then I would go in and see a doctor, it could be a strain of influenza...feel better!
