What could my painful swallow be?!


Question: i cant hardly swallow!! its painful when i swallow, i dnt even hav 2 b eating and its painful. what could this be? it feels as if there is a lump back there causing it to hurt!! sometimes it kindof burns!! what could this be? im cough sometimes because my thoat feels dry. PLZ HELP!!!

strept throat? maybe i dont know maybe the flu... you should probably go to the doctor... good luck...
