It could be many things. Have you ever had problems with your esophagus? Have you had problems with acid reflux? It would be best to check with your Dr. early. It may be the beginning of esophagus or throat problems and there is a lot of treatment available.
No I don't think it is that. You ate lots of things and the pin got drag with them. It is probably something else.
