i had something similar years ago. i kept going to the doctor who kept putting it down to 'women's problems' but i knew there was a problem somewhere. i eventually insisted on seeing a gynecologist and it turned out i had a cyst on the side of my womb. it was cauterized and i have not had any problems since. i am not saying you have got the same as i had. what i am saying is that your body is telling you that something somewhere is not right. you need to get checked out.

Probably is a pinched nerve in your lower back. Check out with a Dr. or chiropractor.
I don't know what it is, but I would see a doctor.
