I have a vein in my hand that pops out but only part of it does and it hurts!!! !

It hurts, go to the doctor!
I found that salt makes mine swell. To much salt and wow, painful!
Inflammation is not a stupid thing. Go to the doctors and they may say you have a pinched nerve somewhere or inflammation which they can give you something for it. There are anti inflammatory's out there but some people react differently to these. See the doctor....
