Sciatica?? Help please... :(?!

Try very gentle stretching excercises (take advice from a physio). When pain is really bad use a heat pad on your back. Don.t lift or carry anything heavy. Don't sit or lie in one position too long and keep mobile, as best you can. Take a strong painkiller recommended by a doctor and keep taking them even if you think the pain is gone. Don't be fooled - it comes back again. If all else fails get a TENS machine. I used one for my sciatica and it was brilliant! It relieved pain that even morphine had failed to touch!

My Doc gives me 2 mg of requip every night and sciatia GONE!!!!! YEAH!!!!!
