How do I stop getting tired?!


Question: I am so sick of getting tired and sleepy at night. There's almost no way around it. I seem to have to sleep for a few hours at least every night. How can I put an end to this? I never want to sleep again. Jennifer Aniston never has to sleep. Why can't I be like that? I know it's possible. I can get a lot more done if I never sleep. Will somebody help me please?

You can only go without sleep for about 3 days before getting hallucinations, it is a neccesary down time for your brain and body to repair themselves. Think of it as neccesary body maintenance.

I have the same problem! I wonder if you are not sleeping well at night. Do you snore or wake up frequently when you sleep? I snore badly and sometimes stop breathing. I think I have sleep apnea, but haven't gotten tested. You may want to talk to your doctor and see if he/she has any suggestions. I seem to always be tired, and when it gets to be about 7:00 at night, I am ready to go to bed!

these links may help you. Sleepiness could be depression, it could be lack of hormone, for instance when you don't get enough sunlight you lack a certain hormone and tired. Also they say to wake up Turn lights on, bright light gives you what you need to produce the hormone that keeps you awak feeling.
