Paralyzed fro a few seconds?!

Question: This morning i was just dozing in bed waiting for my alarm to go off and i became paralyzed. I was actually just going o check my phone to see what the time was when i realised i completely couldn't move. My eyes were half open and i couldn't move my hands. I started thinking i needed to call someone so i started to try to move my hand and i managed to move one finger a little bit, then suddenly i moved my leg and it worked and i snapped out of it! What was it? Scariest moment of my life!

It's called Sleep Paralysis.
Chemicals are released when we sleep that allows our body relax enough that sleep is possible. Sometimes when we are either just waking up or falling asleep we get stuck in this state for what feels like an enternity when it's only a few minutes. This happens because the body is still releasing these chemicals as you wake and doze. Or are just about to fall asleep.
It is terrifying. I know as it happens to me also.

The only thing that i can think of is that sometimes my body wants to do something but my brain wont let it and i just lay there and then finally my body pushes itslef to do what im asking.

It happens alot to me.

Sometimes your body is just adjusting to what is happening and then when it realizes its fine it snaps out of it. It happens to me alot.

Dont worry about it.

Unless it keeps happening every day or more.

Then you will want to bring it to your doctors attention.

well it works like this if you people can handle this

there are bad spirts that attack you when you asleep. they paralize you and it is scary. some invite angels to help them some use the white light from the aura to flush them out. Depends on what you believe in.

So there is your answer

I know longer have this problem
