Stay in quiet places, take a warm or hot shower/bath. Meditate. Good luck!

At some small grocery stores or health food places you can get tiger balm... its like a menthol cream that you put on your head where it hurts. Its not as good as a couple of advil but it tends to help me!

a nap, green tea or quiet time in a dark place. dark chocolate helps me but. who knows.

i like to have tea and a warm towel on my head

WATER dude

take a really warm shower
then lay down and relax with a cup of tea

trust me, my mother dos this all the time
good luck

Decapitation!

take some rest or sleep..

I'm not kidding, u have to purposely hurt another part of your body so that your mind concentrates on the pain there. Really u cant go pain free w/o drugs, unless you want to sit through it. Maybe try taking a relaxing shower, smoke pot, hypnosis, idk.

drink water , dont think about the headache i know that can be hard but try to occupy your mind with something else , rub your head and neck and grab your hair right close to the scalp and gently pull it and hold it pulled out dont pull it out obviously just try to use your hair to stretch your scalp lightly.
Breathe deeply but not fast just slowly.

Drink tons of water!!! Sometimes a lil bit ofr dark chocolate will help (the caffiene like expands the blood vessels in your head or something). And this is really weird, but it seems to work: theres the spot on your thumb, and if you push on it hard your headache goes away (for a lil while anyway). To find it, run your finger down your thumb a little past where it meets your hand, then go a little bit in and press.

depends on the cause

I get a headache easily if the temp in the room is too hot. so decrease the heat!

if it's tension headache, then maybe a warm compress

if it's sinus headache, then maybe saline rinses (may even be bacterial infection on top and may need antibiotic)

if it's migraine then dark quiet room no interruptions, sleep (though I need prescription for this!!! Costs me about $10 a pill)

Dehydration? then drink.

Stress? Yoga. Meditation.

This may sound funny, but when you get a headache feel the flap of skin between your thumb and pointer finger on your right hand. Whe you feel the tension there squeeze it as hard as you can for app. 17-20 seconds. Works like a charm. A teacher of mine in high school showed me that. I thought he was full of sh*t, but it really does work for me. Good luck.

What kind of headache is it? Is it a tension headache, a blood pressure headache, an allergy headache, or a headache caused by head trauma? The answer will be different in each case.

well naturally, i would relax in a hottub or take a hot shower and after just put on loose clothes and go relax and wait to fall asleep. put the tv on if u hav to.

Why not try that product called Head On?

Drinking enough water throughout the day can reduce your chances of getting a headache. If you want to get rid of a headache, try grating a little fresh ginger and steep it in hot water. Add honey and drink it like tea. Caffeine by itself may not do much to help your headache. In fact, for some people, it may make a headache worse.

Think positive thoughts. Tell yourself you do not have a headache. Meditate and focus only on your breathing slowly relaxing your body from toe to head or, vice verse...

put the peel of a ripe banana on your forhead and a cool compress on the back of your neck

you will feel like a fool but the headache will go away
