I have sharp pains in my knee?!

Question: it started this afternoon
after track.
yeah we did some running[sprints and stuff]
but i streched really good.
its a sharp pain under my knee cap sorta
and like it hurts when i stand or try to walk yet alone run.
i can bearly stand.
PLEASE HELP!!! :O

go to the Doctor it sounds like a tare mediates
