How do I help my back, from hurting so much. ????????!


Question: Ok so I.m only 20, I work at an office, full time (its not hard work at all) but it is full time, and on top of that i go to school full time too ( which is not sohard either), however my back always hurts i guess its from sitting all day, and the funny thing is that my work is not hard at all, I dont know how other s do it, its clear to me a lot of my class mate s also work full time and come to school, however they always look so happy, chery and well rested, and im always drained and aching. Its my back lower to the back of my neck. any suggestions????????

It sounds silly but you are probably sitting incorrectly. Do you hold the phone to your head with your shoulder? Little things like this can really make you sore. Try a phone rest, sit with you back straight feet on the floor, use a specialty pillow to sit on if needed to help align you hips. A rest for your wrists in front of your keyboard. There are a lot of adaptove equipment for use in the office, just because you don't do manual labor doesn't mean you shouldn't be using safety equipment!!
