Why I am so tired?!


Question: I am so tired and sleepy lately. I go to bed at least at 12:30am and wake around 7:10am. I am under a lot of stress but I don't know if thats the cause. I am super tired right now. My head is spinning and I go to school and can't consitrate on anything except for how much I wish I was sleeping. The tiredness sets in about 12:00pm and then I'm tired the rest of the day and can't function properly. It usually takes hours for me to fall a sleep. I just want to know why I am like this..

Sounds similar. You will need to get more sleep 9hrs a day depending on your age . The most common thing a doctor will probably say is,diet , depression . I was finally diagnosed with chronic fatigue after having similar problems. Go to msn.com and go to the medical area and look up chronic fatigue and see if you have the symptom's or more of them should I say. Good Luck

try to go to bed earlier say by 10:00. but the problem could be due to medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, thyroid conditions, or other factors. id check with a doctor to be certain.

You need eight hours of sleep a day to feel good.
Also, drink a lot of water, it helps!

Have the doctor check you for anemia. Eating properly is also important.

well DUH you go to be at 12:00 and get up at 7:00 go to sleep at 8:00 or something

If you eat a lot in the morning , you will be feel sleepy afterwards, try only eat a fruit (without sugar) when you wake
up and see what happens. I think this fatigued feeling can also be depression, although if you do not try to balance your body system trying other things, you will be thinking that it is depression when it is not.

Sometimes if you don't get enough of a certain vitamin you won't have any energy. I forget which it is though. go to www.mypyramid.gov they have good info.

Also, try going to sleep an hour earlier, because most people need 8 hours a night, wheras you get under 7.

It sounds like the stress is causing you to have improper sleep. Sometimes we just never get to the rem state of sleep. Which is where we need to be in order for our bodies to regenerate themselves and repair themselves. I took Melatonin and it helps put our bodies back on its regular time clock. Try taking b vitamins they help with stress. I have the same thing and its is so difficult, I know.
