Calf problem?!


Question: the highschool soccer season just started and we have practice everyday for about 2 hours. this has been going on for about 2 1/2 weeks now. yesterday during practice my calf started hurting really badly and it has hurt ever since. it hurts to walk even but not as bad as it hurts when i run. it like hurts about midway down my calf and then sometimes when i am running there is a shooting pain across the inside of my calf. i have tried stretching it out but i cant get it to stretch low enough to help. does anyone know if this is just fatigue or what? and what can i do to help it?

.Bananas Bananas Bananas the more potassium the better. Also water but not to much. Eat @least 2-3 a day. It works I know. My track coach made us eat them every day @school. It really does work. Give it a few days and you"ll feel the difference
