My neck just starting huring (feels like a kink,or muscle pulled) anyway to stop!

i have that sometimes. maybe when you were sleeping you slept in a bad position. that's wat happens to me too. i get somebody to rub my neck, and get some oil from some chinese oil thing that soothes.
try ice
go for a walk, get away from your computer, ibuprofen, hot shower, massage
same thing happened to be i was resting on my left elbow for a long moment and the back of my neck hurts evrytime i move my head its a muscle part i also think a hot shower would help or just rub your shoulder a bit it will go away soon :)
