You could have bruxism, which causes one to chew their toungue or grind the teeth. I would get a mouth guard and wear it at night.
It's probably a habit for you to bite your tongue at night in your sleep.

i think because you are too tired, your body relaxes as you sleep, therefore, your tongue might bends and slip under your teeth
Sounds like you are grinding your teeth while asleep.
