Urgent help needed!! Dealing with muscle cramps...?!

Question: Well, i had a rather amazingly fun night last night, involving copious amounts of alcohol etc.

However, this morning, i WALKED home. I dont usually do this, not because i'm lazy, but because i live so far from the city centre. But today, full of that wonderful liquor, i decided i was gonna walk it.

Sooo...yeah. I walked roughly for 3 hours straight, all mainly uphill, and i'm quite a power walker normally.

So now i'm home, and all settled down, i'm actually finding it hard to bend my legs!! My upper thighs start cramping like crazy so im totally bedridden!

And my abs are playing up too. Just leaning up to type this on my laptop is causing serious twinges!!

Im not unfit at all, and exercise often, but this is INSANE!!!

Any advice on how to relieve these spasms/cramps, and sore muscle advice would be great too :)

Thanks in advance

Spray or Rub some Deep heat on it, then relax. Don't force yourself up or anything, that should help. It happened to my brother, so it should work.

Your probably dehydrated ---- water, bananas, electrolyte drinks ----

Get up and drink a big glass of water, walk around the street block then drink more water.
you need to keep moving to release the lactic acid.

Take half a bucket of warm water, warmer the better, add i teaspoon of salt in it. Dip your legs in that water for at least 15-20 minutes. keep some hot water nearby so that you could add it when the water in your bucket goes cold.
When I was young, I loved trekking in the mountains. My mum always made me do this after a trek and I never had cramps.
