Why is my thigh twitching?????!
Question: The back of my thigh is twitching. It started a few hours a go. It;s like it's own little heart in my leg. Does anyone one know? I am sure it is harmless but it's close to my butt.

its your nerves ... let it b...it will go away......
can be muscle stress. if you do sport or work outs. and did them this week that could be it. if it doesnt stop go to the doctor or even chemist
stand up walk around and maybe massage it.
muscle spasm. it will go away
Stress or too much caffeine probably. My eyelid twitches when I'm too stressed.
I know it's probably annoying, but just try your best to ignore it and it'll probably go away.
Of course if it doesn't go away within a day or so, I'd see a doctor!

It will most likely stop on its own, but you could potentially have a slight vitamin deficiency. Try taking a multivitamin daily.
i get those too, especially on days where i run or exersize alot...its just a lil muscle spasm, it'll go away
