are you sitting down a lot? (frequently on the computer for instance?). this could be why. put a pillow under your bum and sit straight too, slouching leads to back pain. just a tip..
Where does it hurt? What makes it hurt the worse? How old are you? Did you injure your back or just wake up with it hurting? All the questions and more are very important. Does the pain shoot down to your legs? Need more information.
You Need to see A Doctor. And make sure you put some Ice on it , so you can get the Inflammation down. And don't Lift anything heavy you don't want to do anymore damage. Plus take some Advil For pain and Inflammation.
