Alcohol is not really good for wounds because it only cleans the outer portion of the wound then it forms a clot (when there's no more blood coming out) but under that clot, bacteria can still form. So i suggest you put povidone iodine (or in layman's terms, betadine). First Aid treatment is:
1) Clean it with water and soap (recommended soaps are antibacterial soaps)
2) Apply mild antiseptic (like betadine or antibiotic ointment)
3) Apply dressing/bandage.

IF it develops and a pus starts coming out and whenever you put bandaid and peel it off the skin comes with the bandaid, buy absorptive bandages so it won't cause further damage and when you peel it off the skin doesn't come with it.

Make sure to keep it clean always. It poses a great risk because if bacteria accumulate in your wound, it can cause infection which can (worst-case scenario) lead to amputation SO take care of your wound. Put povidone iodine frequently and cover with dressing/bandage until the wound dries up.

Well personally I wouldn't want to post a reply to something so personal or public to you so e-mail me if you want.

just dab some rubbing alcohol to disinfect it, and some neosprion, then paste on a band-aid, and you'll be fine. it looks okay enough to treat at home; no need to waste $.

The feet are sensitive... you should clean it really good using hydrogen peroxide or alcohol something like that... use antibiotic ointment and if it stops bleeding you'll be fine until the AM.. but if it hurts like a b**** or bleeds uncontrollably, visit the ER...

If you self-treat and it gets infected, see your doctor to have a look-see... but make sure you clean, treat, and cover it to prevent infection.

I've done that. It's annoying but not serious.
Since in that location it might be irritated by your shoe, you should bandage it until it is better.

Stop the bleeding first. Clean it with soap and water. Dab it with neosporin and cover it with a thick pad and tape (to protect it from rubbing on your shoe). No alcohol or peroxide. That just burns the tissue.
