Who here has gotten a second ear piercing because I need help!!?!
Question: Okay so about 2 summers ago I got my second hole done
Lately only my second hole on my left ear has been bothering me and stinging
Whenever I feel it, I can almost feel like a ball inside my ear lob thats hard
Is this a really bad infection??
I have tried peroxide and the cleaning stuff that they had given me?
Do you have any advice?

Stinging - raises the liklihood of infection tremendously
a ball (hard lump?) at the site of a piercing can be anything from scar tissue to damaged cartlidge to infection.
Ears can get infected even years after a piercing. Nice warm breeding ground for bacteria.
Any advice? Depends how willing you want to play doctor on yourself. If you're confident that its an infection (swelling, redness, tenderness), its probably an abscess and it needs to be drained. Technically, could be done at home, but best off seeing a doctor.

Yup, i'd say that's infected. keep washing it, definitly take the earring out. after you wash it, put some neosporin on it. It should clear up after a little bit. I had that happen to a piercing at the top of my earlobe...you've had it pierced long enough so that the hole shouldn't close. You may also want to check what kinds of earring you are wearing, you might need to wear only silver or gold earrings, most earrings are made of nickel and then plated with silver. Even stores like Claire's offer Sensitive solutions earrings.
