So Tired! Daylight Savings Time Hangover!?!


Question: I usually get up at 6:30 a.m. to hit the gym. Now it is still dark out at 7:30 a.m., and I find it really hard to get out of bed. Then when I do, I feel exhausted!

Any advice? I would like a natural-light lamp but they are kind of pricey.

lol me 2! i hate this time of the year, when you're trying to get used to the time change.

try getting an alarm clock and put it across the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Just be patient you'll get used to it soon!

I know it is very hard .Try going to bed 1 hour early and soon you will catch up with your sleep and getting up will be easy

Right on this time! I get just as much sleep but struggle to adapt.

I know how you feel. I get up at 5:30 every morning. Tuesday I fell asleep at the wheel for the first time. When I got home, I slept for 3 hours!
