What can this be... numbness in hands and wrists??!

Question: my hands and wrists get numb, i also get cramps and sometimes i get like electronic shock pains in my hand and wrists
what can it be??
what can i do to relieve that??

do you do a lot of typing, or repetitive motion with your hands/wrists? It might either be tendonitis of the wrist, or carpal tunnel syndrome.
