I think your diet is probably making you feel lazy. You need to increase your intake of ion - you can do this by eating green veg such as broccolli, brussell sprouts or you can take ion tablets. Also if you were to try doing some physical exercise in the morning - going for a jog/dancing to music, you will fill ALIVE!!!

Set ur self goalz. :)

Drink lots of water and stay off ther coffee.

It could be any number of things from sugar crash, to something more medical such as a chemical deficiency, or Narcalepsy, (which I suffer from), the best thing to do would be to go to a GP and get him/her to check you out, and request an MRI scan.

Have you had a blood test to check your thyroid hormone levels?? This may sound a little extreme but this is a symptom of an underactive thyroid.

kust like me ,cant be botherd to do anything................best thing to do is set yourself goals, and achivement, then you will get your drive back

lack of motivation, u may be getting sick, depression, stress it can be a number of things if this persists or gets in the way of your life see a doctor since no one on this website can tells u whats wrong. only u or a doctor can do that

It may be something minor, like you're not eating the right foods or something a bit more serious so you should really go to your doctor. Look at -http://hcd2.bupa.co.uk/fact_sheets/html/...

I always want to just lay down and drift off too! My mom is worried I am depressed, but I TOTALLY love life, I just also LOVE my sleep and being lazy. That's the only symptom.

I know a lot of times my crappy diet makes me feel lazy because when I eat healthy I don't have as much tendency to want to go lay down.

Well, I say let yourself sleep as long as your work/school/chores or whatever you have going on in your life isn't neglected.

I used to be a neurosurgeon and the symptons you have described are synonomous with a syndrome that we in the medical profession call tired. Try and find yourself a quiet area where you can be alone, bedrooms are generally very good for this as they also usually have a device called a bed. If you get the opportunity you need to get yourself into a 'bed' and get some sleep.
Hope this helps.

exercise can really help. Id been feeling well dreary, getting up at 4, missing lessons by throwing my alarm unintentionally at my wall, but today i went rock climbing and it made me feel really great and awake. Friends are great for kicking you up the **** now and again, but it may be medical, so you oughta check it out, or perhaps its just winter...

Two things popped into my mind right away...hypothyroid or depression. Of course...you could just be tired too. It wouldn't hurt to see your doctor, it may be nothing at all but it might be something he or she can help you with.

Good luck.
