How to get rid of a planter's wart?!

Question: I got up this morning and checked my wart on my foot,little black seeds in it damnit,planeter's wart. I used the Evanoff Family Trandition and cut it off,now I still can't see my second layer of skin and it apperes to be hollow. A little help?

go to the chemist and get this cream.....its a mild acid. cover it with a band aid and apply it once a day for a week. it will just peel off after a while

I know that it's possible to sort of knife these out...I can't imagine doing it...but my brother does it every now and then. I don't want to think about it..
