My middle Finger twitchs on its own!?!
Question: It was soo werid last night and today. My middle finger on my right hand was twitching all night! It woke me up one time and I held it with my other hand so it would quit! Even today it did it sometimes. Does anyones's middle finger or fingers do this? Does anyone know why?

Muscle twitches can happen if one of an opposing pair of muscles is stronger than its partner or being underused. I'd recommend trying some hand exercises, like a squeezy ball or one of those hand resistance trainers for a couple days.
This happened to me once in my thigh. I went running for a few days and it worked itself out.
