You need to boost your immune system.

Taking 1 or 2 gm of vitamin C every day will help.

Taking 6 high strength odourless 3,000 mg garlic oil capsules (Herron) every day will help as garlic is both an antibacterial agent and an antimicrobial agent.

A multivitamin every day might also help.

Perhaps you need to improve your diet as well. More fruit and vegetables as they contain antioxidants and enzymes that you need for good health and energy.

call your doc and ask him/her for advice.
drink plenty of water for hydration
drink OJ
eat a balanced diet
make sure to get the right amount of fruits/veggies

I've been taking vitamin B Complex along with some Adrenal Support (Astragalus) this stuff is amazing.. look it up it's to help your immune system. You can get at any GNC store. Also, make sure you are getting a lot of vitamin C in your diet and if you feel like your getting sick..pop some Airborne. It kinda nips it in the butt for you. Maybe you should try to slow down a little too.. GOOD LUCK...

How long has it been since you had a complete checkup? You might have something that contributes to your feeling punky. Blood work can tell a lot. I'd first give that a try. The doctor can tell you if you need something. If money is a problem and you don't have a doctor, go to a free clinic. I'd say that is the first thing to do to find out what a doctor has to say. And try to get at least 6 hours of sleep every night. drink lots of juice, cranberry is a good one had lots of antioxidents.

Leading a fast-paced and hectic schedule won't do any good for your physical and mental health. Stress is the number one factor behind all illnesses. You have to lead a healthy lifestyle which incude the following:

1) A proper and balanced diet of green and leafy vegetables; fruits; grains and nuts.
Drinks lots of water to flush out toxins from your body..

2) Regular exercise -even a daily exercise of brisk walking for 20 min would do wonders. Exercises can ncrease your stamina and energy levels.

3) Adequate hrs of quality sleep. Develop a habit of going to bed at the same time.

4) Take vitamins and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc and iron and Vit C. to fortify your immune system.

5) Develop healthy bowel habits. Constipation can give a run -down feeling.

6) Learn to relax. Do breathing techniques. Pace yourself. You can use music. to calm those frayed nerves.

7) Pay attention to personal appearance. use sunscreen for sun exposure. Sun exposure is good. for Vit D.

8) Develop a healthy attitude and perception towards life. Smilesand laughters can prevent wrinkles and release the feel-good neurotransmitters.

9) Go for a physical exam from the Dr. Have your thyroid checked. Low thyroid hormones levels can contribute to fatigue and weakness.

10) Maintain a healthy weight .Eat meals slowly and in small portions.
frequently.Never sleep right after eating.

11) Avoid high glycemic( sugar) food intake.which can bog you down and cause lassitude.

12) If you smoke, give it up. This can compromise your lung capacity.
