My Right Cheek hurts on my face help?!
Question: Idk my right face cheek hurts when i bite down idk if its a muscle or something but it really hurts i dont think its my teeh cause i hit all my teeth gently with a spoon and it doesnt hurt please help

Is it up near your ear more?? If so it could be TMJ pain. The TMJ (temporomandibular joint) is what you feel when you put your finger near your ear and chew, it moves up and down.
If its that area that you feel pain in try Advil, Aleve, or Orudis KT for the pain, as it is caused by swelling and inflammation in the area. An ice pack on for 20 minutes, off for 20, on for 20, over the course of 2-3 hours can help also. And if you grind your teeth at night you may have to get a mouth guard. I had it and its no fun!! Sounds like TMJ. Take psdiver's advice. I'm going through it right now. If you still have trouble after a couple of weeks and seems like you've tried everything, you might want to consider accupuncture. I had pain in my neck, shoulder, jaw, cheek bone and just below and in front of my ear. I had acupuncture and it is awesome. You will be sore for a couple of days, but after you will feel like a new person.
