Is bengay suppose to burn?!

Question: I put a bengay patch on my neck, and like 5 minutes later it feels like it's burning....
I don't know if that's normal, or if i should take it off..

I'm not sure about the patch kind, but regular bengay does burn, sort of. Like a minty, icey tingle burn.

Bengay irritates the skin so that there is a reaction of increased blood flow to the area. This will benefit you if used in the correct areas. You can wash it off, but it will be warm for a while. if you have a sore neck--go ahead and use it, but start with a small dose and work up to wear you can find it works but isn't burning.
