ahh! Charlie horse! they are the worst! to prevent it you should stretch the muscle and massage it. Also, if you ever get a charlie horse i always find it helpful to get up and walk around and massage it. It will reduce the pain!
Massage with a liniment and make sure after exercises you have a salt tablet lack of salt can cause cramp ~~
drink hot tea
massage your thigh. and eat food rich in potassium like bananas. potassium lessens muscle fatique thus, decreases chances of getting cramps easily.
