First of all, why were you burning fingernail polish? Secondly, how bad it affected you depends on how much smoke you inhaled and how long you inhaled it. If it was only a little bit, you shouldn't have any problems. Just be sure to go outside and breath a lot of fresh air. You may also want to drink something because it could've hurt your throat too. If it was a lot, and you don't start feeling better within an hour or two, I would go and get it checked out at the hospital. I'm not sure on how toxic fingernail polish is, but it is poisonous, and if it was burning then the chemical structure was changed and that probably will affect the toxicity...If you are really worried, I would just give the hospital a quick call and they will advise you further.

its the fumes and chemicals getting into your syystem. you should probably see a doctor if it continues to hurt depending on the how bad it hurts, and also how long it lasts.

Give it a couple of hours..breath some good fresh air..you should be able to tell by then if it is serious. If you think it might be..go to a community care center and have them check you out!

I'm no doctor but you probably should go see one if the problem persist. any type of smoke is bad,but when smoke is black that means that what ever type of fuel the fire is burning it is at is riches. so when you inhaled that black smoke you just took in the chemicals.

see a doctor.
