My neck hurts really bad, how do i get it to stop hurting?!
Question: Yesterday, i cracked my neck 3 times, and slept without a pillow, but thats all i can think of that would make my neck hurt.

hmmmm.....this happens to me sometimes too. it usually goes away in a day or so. you are probably just a bit knotted up. you could go to the store and buy the icy hot patch.
try waiting it out, but if it does not go away in a couple of days you should get it checked out.
Try going to a Chiropractor. They are VERY good with dealing with pain in and around the spine (and that includes the neck).
