Describe the problem to your pharmacist and he might know a solution. Also, your diet might not have a proper balance of greens, meat, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes. I'm probably the only person on line that would recommend broccoli in a cheese sauce (every other day, at least) but, it, and other greens provide the lubricant (they call it roughish) that keeps your bowels fluid and moving. What you are experiencing may be a portion of your bowel has temporarily ceased moving properly. Good wishes to you, Dear.
try using the bathroom or taking some anti gas medicine. If the pain is still there, you might want to go to the doctor.
Try Tums or Zantac.. if that doesn't help call the advice nurse.
