Back Pain after playing basketball?!
Question: I've had a little back pain since about a month ago from basketball, I didn't really do much about it because in the beginning there was only very little pain. Two days ago when i was playing at Uni i think i tweaked it even more and there was a bit more pain, but that night i played competition basketball and after the game my lower back was just in pain. Even now when i bend down my lower back hurts. Its definitely gonna affect my game, so I wanna know how long this is gonna affect me. I don't think the injury is too serious, maybe just some muscle strain.

Check with your doctor. This might be caused by couple of things, and it might be not only muscle problem, but a spine problem as well. Or some other thing, anyway, doctor will tell after examination.
In case of muscle problem, you need to train your back more after the pain goes away. It would mean the supportive muscles are weak and you strain them easily. Do not push yourself while you still feel pain, as it might get things worse. For me such pain goes away in 1-2 weeks. However, only doctor can give a diagnosis.
If you do not fix it for ever, because it's not going to heal miraculously by it's self.
