ANYTIME there is 'blood' in the urine is a sign to take notice of...you should go & at least give a urine sample to have that checked out...However, you certainly dehydrated yourself with the alcohol binge & your body needs extra fluids! Try to drink lot's of water & even some gatorade & cranberry juice will certainly help. Gatorade helps in balancing the electrolytes Cranberry is excellent for the kidney s...You may have blood in the urine due to the high concentration of urine lacking the proper hydration due to over extending your alcohol consumption. Your kidneys respond, they are the organs which cleanse your blood, high alcohol content & fluid imbalance certainly placed great stress upon your kidneys possibly resulting in the blood appearing in the urine, however, you may be showing signs of either kidney stones (which by the way are extremely painful) or sign of UTI(urinary tract infection) which is also a possible cause due to over-indulgence in alcohol...You may want to at least go to a walk-in clinic & have a urinalysis done so that you can be sure that nothing serious is happening. Blood (bright blood) anywhere usually is a sign which you should always give special attention to. i think you might have some thing wrong with you. I asked my dad who is an E.R doctor and said he, " I have never seen that before." so go see a doctor and see what he says.
P.S : other doctors say different things so go to more than 1 just to make sure you are ok
i can honestly say i have never had blood in my pee after i have been drunk so thats a new 1 on me but i can bet its not good thing and im a recovering alcholic

its either a urinary tract infection or you drank alot of something that was red and I am not being rude something there are drinks out there that have to much red additives in them and if you consume alot of it, Your pee will turn red. The way to tell the difference is if you pee and is feels like your pissing needles thats a urinary tract infection try drink a thing called URAL it neutralise's the acid in you urine and will minimize the burn enough for you to feel comfortable to go to loo. And go to a dr.
